Coming standard with two-wheel drive with an option to upgrade to four-wheel drive functionality, the XL starts off the F-150 lineup with classic work truck capabilities. If you want regular cab, SuperCab, or a SuperCrew, body style, the XL has you covered with availability in all three versions. Plus, it comes in four different available engine versions, and comes standard with the 3.3-liter Ti-VCT V6 engine (290 horsepower).
The XLT also offers three cab options (regular, SuperCab, and SuperCrew), and similarly to the XL, comes standard with the 3.3-liter Ti-VCT V6 sporting 290-horsepower engine. However, the XLT has a bit of added technology to sweeten the deal. With Ford Sync features, you have smartphone app integration available along with remote keyless entry, USB connectivity, and power locks and windows.
Appropriately named, the Raptor is a brute of the outdoors. Coming outfitted with a 3.5-liter EcoBoost twin-turbocharged V6 engine, and only coming in all-wheel drive, this truck can handle just about anything. Sporting 450 horsepower and high performance off-road Fox racing shocks, the Raptor is ready to take on nearly any outdoor Reed City challenge you can throw at it.
Sporting the 2.7-liter EcoBoost V6 engine (325 horsepower), the Lariat is a big step up from the XL and XLT. Technology is the focus of this trim option with available LED box lighting, halogen Fog lamps, an eight-inch productivity screen, MyKey functionality, and the Sync 3 infotainment system. Available in front-wheel and all-wheel drive, the Lariat is for those Harrison drivers that want a little more tech to go along with their work truck capabilities.
The final three trim options: The King Ranch, Platinum, and Limited. The King Ranch comes with some luxurious comfort options (heated rear seats), plus some added driver assistance features (adaptive cruise control with forward collision warnings, automated parallel parking system, and surround view camera). The Platinum and Limited trim models feature maximum truck luxury. The Platinum comes with available adaptive cruise control with collision warnings and brake support, rear sensing system, rain-sensing system, lane-keep assist, and heated and cooled front seats. The Limited trim option comes available with all the above features the Platinum comes with, plus: Sync 3 infotainment system, wood interior accents, and Sirius XM Satellite radio.
